Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state nursing license and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Nephrology nursing experience and acute dialysis exposure preferred.
• Must meet practice requirements in all employed states.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent inpatient care for assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment and education.
• Document patient data accurately in medical records and communicate with the team.
• Lead and mentor staff, and collaborate with Supervisors, Physicians, and dialysis providers.
