Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Neptune Beach, FL seeks an RN CAP 2 for inpatient dialysis care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group, coordinating with nurses, PCTs, and physicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years nephrology nursing and current RN licensure with CPR/BLS. There will be leadership duties as a designated Nurse in Charge and opportunities for CAP advancement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN CAP 2 with potential progression in CAP.
• 2+ years nephrology nursing experience preferred within last 2 years.
• ACUTE dialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in dialysis settings.
• Lead and mentor nursing and PCT staff as designated Nurse in Charge.
• Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
