Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs patient data collection and documentation for planned treatments.
• Adjusts treatment plan based on patient status and notifies nurses and physician.
• Provides patient and family education on basic learning needs.
• Collaborates with health team to report status variances and seek input.
• Delivers safe, effective care for assigned patients per procedure and protocol.
• May assist in Outpatient facility on an as-needed basis.
