Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 1 year of nephrology nursing experience.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; 12 months preferred.
• 6 months acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during dialysis.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans under supervision.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and self-care.
• Collaborate with dialysis team and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
