Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the state.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient staff and coordinate short- and long-term objectives.
• Monitor costs and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain compliance with hospital regulations and agency surveys.
• Prepare and present QAI data, support from HR on employee matters.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports; hire and counsel staff as needed.
