Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives, coordinating activities and staffing while controlling costs.
• Ensure proper staffing and operations at all contracted facilities with safe environment and efficient scheduling.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports; partner with HR on employee matters.
