Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure (required).
• 3–5 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in project/program management and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient staff coordination and scheduling.
• Monitor costs, staffing and medical supply inventory.
• Lead hiring, coaching and performance reviews for staff.
• Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance (TJC, CMS, OSHA).
• Provide training programs and ongoing staff development.
• Review department P&L and improve efficiency where possible.
• Collaborate with facility representatives to resolve issues.
