Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced nursing leader to supervise inpatient staff across contracted facilities. You will manage staffing and operations, ensuring quality patient care within policy and budget constraints.

The role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years of experience, and supervisory capability; advanced degree is desirable. Travel between facilities and weekend coverage may be involved.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure.
• 3-5 years' related experience.
• 3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Advanced degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing and operations across contracted facilities.
• Manages costs, inventory, and accounts payable while maintaining quality.
• Leads staff development and coaching; partners with HR on personnel matters.
• Ensures compliance with hospital regulations and surveys (TJC, CMS, OSHA).
• Ensures ACES system, patient care documentation, and billing accuracy.
