Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level professional registered nurse for the Inpatient Services CAP. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for a group of patients on dialysis, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

The role involves teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities within a kidney disease health care team. Travel to training sites and multiple facilities may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; 12 months preferred.
• 6 months acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs nursing duties under supervision of the Supervisor and Educator.
• Collects and analyzes patient data pre–during–post treatment and documents in medical records.
• Assesses and documents patient/family education needs.
• Directs and provides safe, effective patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates communication with dialysis providers and facility personnel.
