Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for Inpatient Services CAP. As part of the Clinical Advancement Program, you will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in a dialysis setting.

Under supervision, you will document data, educate patients and families, collaborate with supervisors, physicians, and dialysis staff, and participate in on-call rotations and training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current valid state RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Nephrology nursing experience preferred but entry level CAP allows transition.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment.
• Collaborate with health care team and dialysis staff to ensure continuity of care.
