Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Code inpatient diagnoses and procedures per ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT/HCPCS guidelines.
• Attend to 3M coding software and references daily.
• Collaborate with CDS and medical staff to improve documentation quality.
• Achieve 95% accuracy in chart coding and timely record processing.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and AHIMA standards.
