Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited school required.
• Completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies or 3–6 years hospital clinical experience.
• NJ Pharmacist Licensure required.
• Board certification in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacotherapy services to optimize patient care.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist in oversight of clinical pharmacy activities and quality initiatives.
