Qualifications

• PharmD required and NJ licensure.
• Residency or BCPS preferred.
• ACLS certification within 1 year preferred.
• Annual CEUs (25 CEUs) required to maintain competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient pharmacy clinical interventions, education, and counseling for medication management and safety.
• Interpret, evaluate, and review orders to prepare, calculate, compound, admix and dispense appropriate medications and dosages.
• Ensure accuracy: allergy checks, interactions, therapeutic duplications, and appropriate therapy.
