Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Formal clinical training through PGY1/PGY2 residency, fellowship, or 3 years of clinical practice preferred.
• Registered to practice in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
• BLS and ACLS Certification.
• Flexible schedule due to operational needs (Med Rounds).
• Board certification in Pharmacotherapy or specialty within 2 years of hire.
• Meet ASHP preceptor qualifications within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level clinical pharmaceutical services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Precept, mentor, and educate students, residents, pharmacists, and other health care professionals.
• Assist in department management and coordinate daily clinical pharmacy services.
