Qualifications

• Licensure in the state where the hospital resides is preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Three to five years inpatient experience in acute, IRF, or LTACH settings.

• Review inpatient admission records for appropriate utilization and level of care.
• Identify discharge needs and coordinate discharge planning with the team.
• Maintain and enhance payor relationships.
