Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking an RN for a 13-week internal assignment in Stoughton, MA. You will provide, direct and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit, with discharge planning and family teaching as needed.

ACLS and BLS required within 90 days; one year of inpatient med-surg experience preferred; competitive hourly pay and supportive leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required. Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned or requested (ACLS certification required).
