Job summary

Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking an experienced Inpatient Care Manager (RN) for a per diem weekend day role (Fri–Sun, 8am–4pm). You will coordinate care, monitor utilization, and lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and safe patient transitions.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ RN license, BSN, and 2–3 years of acute care experience, with strong EMR and communication skills to support care management and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey (active)
• BSN required
• Minimum 2–3 years of acute care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
