Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join the team as an Inpatient Care Manager at Morristown Medical Center. This per diem position will provide services Monday through Friday with some weekends.

The ideal candidate will manage care delivery, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective utilization of resources.

Applicants must hold a BSN and an active RN license in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and facilitate care delivery through assessments.
• Conduct daily chart and utilization reviews.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary care rounds.
• Formulate and implement individualized discharge plans.
• Monitor healthcare resource utilization.
