Job summary

Exceptional is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee inpatient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will lead a dedicated team, drive improvements, and partner with the CNO to implement effective, real-time changes.

The role requires 2 years of hospital floor nursing and 2 years of supervisory experience, plus RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity in a close-knit community.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hospital floor nursing experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Current RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
