Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in Care Management.

• Master's degree in Nursing, MSW, or related field.
• ACM or CCM certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic/operational oversight of inpatient Care Management across UNC Hospitals.
• Lead initiatives on patient-centered care, throughput, capacity management, and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor Care Management staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and efficiency.
• Oversee department budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics.
