Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville is seeking an experienced supervisor to organize and lead the Inpatient Call Center and Communications teams, ensuring exceptional service and accurate patient information across shifts.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, review metrics in Epic, handle escalations, and support 24/7 operations to align with hospital goals and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years customer service, call center operations, or dispatch center experience in medical field.
• Five (5) years leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong data collection and report management background.

Responsabilités

• Organize and supervise day-to-day operations of the Inpatient Call Center and Communications teams.
• Monitor performance, call volumes, and audits to meet service standards.
• Provide staff training, support, and escalation handling 24/7.
• Oversee patient admissions reports in Epic for assigned services.
