Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Supervisor for the Invasive Procedures department in Gainesville, GA. This role oversees patient care coordination and unit operations, supervising staff and collaborating with physicians to ensure safe, efficient care for adolescents to geriatric patients.

The position emphasizes adherence to patient safety goals, staff development, scheduling, and performance management, while advancing new technologies and Lean practices in the department.

Qualifications

• Licensure or other certifications: Current Ga RN, RTR, Paramedic, RCIS, RCES, RRT, or ARRT; current BLS and ACLS.
• Educational Requirement: Associates Degree.
• Minimum Experience: Associate degree with certification/registry and 3 years of clinical experience; or certificate/registry/license with 4 years.
• Preferred: Two years progressive leadership; Vascular Interventional Radiology Certification.

Responsabilités

• Supervise clinical direction of Invasive Lab staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate patient care flow and ensure safe, efficient procedures.
• Oversee hiring, evaluations, discipline, scheduling, time/attendance and staff development.
• Maintain protocols and evidence-based practice; collaborate with medical leadership.
• Provide clinical resource support; mentor staff; participate in performance evaluations.
• Manage staff meetings and patient scheduling; address concerns and complaints.
