Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum five years in customer service or call center in a medical setting; leadership experience required.
• Experience with data collection and report management.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Inpatient Call Center and Communications teams.
• Supervise, train and guide staff; monitor performance and audits.
• Respond to escalated calls and ensure accurate information and service levels.
• Oversee admissions reports in Epic for Inpatient Specialty Services.
• Provide 24/7 support coverage with staff availability as needed.
• Assist with setting performance goals and monitoring KPIs.
