Job summary

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license required; BLS and ACLS within 30 days.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and delivers appropriate care as a lead RN.
• Educates patients on expectations and answers questions.
• Leads interdisciplinary team and mentors staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols with Practice Manager.
• Precepts nursing students or new staff.
• Coordinates infection control and safety practices.
