Community Health Alliance seeks dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to support individuals in a residential substance use treatment facility in Ohio. You will provide care, monitor daily living skills, and maintain a safe, structured environment to help clients progress in recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screen.
• On-the-job training provided in behavioral health.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support in a structured, therapeutic environment.
• Monitor self-administration of medications and ensure policy compliance.
• Support recovery-focused activities and treatment goals.
• Observe and document client behavior and report concerns to clinical staff.
• Coordinate care and help engage clients in daily programming.
• Manage administrative tasks as needed.
