Zusammenfassung

Team Recovery LLC is seeking an Inpatient Behavioral Health Technician to work closely with individuals seeking treatment for substance use and mental health issues. You will provide direct care, support, and guidance, helping clients in their recovery journey while ensuring safety and well-being throughout the treatment process.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with program activities, and support operational duties such as facility cleanliness and inventory

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and write clearly and informatively.
• Knowledge and/or experience in mental health or substance use disorders ideal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products; experience with EMR preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care to clients as they navigate treatment activities and support services.
• Support clients during group therapy sessions, individual therapy, and other treatment activities.
• Monitor and support clients through daily activities.
• Provide de-escalation and connect clients to crisis intervention when needed.
• Co-facilitate psychoeducational support on mental health, addiction recovery, coping skills, and relapse prevention.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Assist in maintaining building cleanliness, inventory, and safety.
• Adapt to schedule changes and other duties as part of the treatment team.
