Horizon Health is seeking a Program Director of Behavioral Health to oversee the Fort Duncan Hospital in Eagle Pass, TX. This role directs a psych unit with up to 18 beds and drives clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and program development.

The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and access to care. A RN/BSN or LCSW with 5–8+ years of leadership experience is required, bilingual in Spanish, and licensed in

• 5–8+ years of leadership in behavioral health settings.
