Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring an Inpatient Registration Coordinator for The Greenbriar Center in Washington, PA. You will provide administrative support for admissions, manage patient documentation, bed tracking, and financial responsibilities to ensure a smooth admissions process.

The ideal candidate brings strong data entry, verbal and written communication, and solid computer skills in a fast-paced treatment environment. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities preferred.
• Strong computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for admissions and admission information.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the admissions supervisor.
• Complete patient consents thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain the patient bed board and ensure accurate data entry for all patient level of care changes.
• Collect patient liability as instructed by the patient benefit coordinators.
