Responsibilities

• Coordinate all admissions processes and liaise with referral sources, families, payors, physicians, and hospital personnel
• Process inquiry calls and referrals and respond to information requests for admissions
• Verify insurance, triage patients, enter calls and admissions in computer systems and complete paperwork
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and referral sources
