Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Behavior Services Coordinator to support inpatient and residential programs on onsite basis. The role offers full-time benefits and competitive pay.

The position requires a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA/LBS credentialing eligibility, and at least 2 years of post-master’s experience in behavior analysis with children/adolescents, including data-driven assessments and staff training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification or PA LBS license required.
• At least 2 years post-master's experience in behavior analysis with children/adolescents and ASD or related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients, families, and staff to evaluate behavior challenges and teach functional skills and interventions.
• Design and conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop function-based behavior support plans and replacement behaviors.
• Provide staff training on behavior support plan implementation in hospital/residential settings.
• Conduct functional analyses and adapt protocols for hospital environments.
• Provide clinical supervision and feedback to BCBA trainees and RBTs where eligible.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Counseling/Psychology, or related Human Services field
