Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA or PA LBS licensure preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience with ASD or related neurodevelopmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavior challenges and teach functional skills.
• Design and conduct functional behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Develop function-based behavior support plans.
• Provide staff training and supervision for RBTs and BCBA trainees.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
