Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Behavior Services Coordinator to support inpatient and residential programs. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, with full-time benefits and competitive pay.

The coordinator will evaluate behavior challenges, design ABA-based interventions, and supervise staff including RBTs and BCBA trainees, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care for children, adolescents and young adults.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Clinical Counseling/Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• BCBA certification or PA LBS license.
• At least 2 years post-master's experience providing behavior analysis services for ASD or related neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavior challenges and teach functional skills.
• Design and conduct functional behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Develop function-based behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and BCBA trainees; conduct staff training on ABA.
