Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Services Coordinator to support our inpatient and residential programs at our Doylestown, PA campus. This on-site role Monday through Friday offers full-time benefits and competitive pay.

You will evaluate behavior challenges, design ABA assessments, and develop function-based plans while training staff and supervising RBTs and BCBA trainees to ensure cross-setting consistency of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification or PA LBS license required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in behavioral health with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavior challenges and teach functional skills.
• Design functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop and implement function-based behavior support plans.
• Train staff on ABA plan implementation in hospital/residential settings.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and BCBA trainees.
