Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Services Coordinator to support inpatient and residential programs at our Doylestown, PA campus. This onsite role offers full-time benefits and competitive pay.

You will evaluate client needs, design functional assessments, develop ABA-based behavior support plans, and train staff to implement them across hospital and residential settings. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA (or PA LBS) licensure with at least two years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Counseling/Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• BCBA certification or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in PA.
• At least 2 years experience delivering behavioral services to children/adolescents with ASD or related conditions, with functional assessment & analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, families, and staff to evaluate behavior challenges and teach functional skills.
• Design and conduct functional behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Develop function-based behavior support plans and replacement behaviors.
• Conduct staff training on implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and BCBA trainees.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and performance improvement activities.
