A behavioral health service provider in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time position related to Intensive Behavioral Health Services. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required for BCBA position.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide training and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Deliver ABA services in various settings as needed.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
