Job summary

Terminix is seeking a full-time Innovation/Utility specialist to perform diverse pest control and TAP insulation installation, with duties spanning exclusion services, wildlife removal, and light construction. The role emphasizes safe practice, customer interaction, and service delivery across residential and commercial sites.

The position includes hands-on field work, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, safety harness use, and the ability to work outdoors in varied climates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and provide pest control services for residential and commercial clients, including termite control systems.
• Install Thermal Acoustical Pest insulation (TAP) and manage site preparation/cleanup.
• Assist with light construction repairs and pest-damage-related work.
• Communicate service details to customers and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in related training.
