Job summary

Terminix is hiring Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control inspections, install TAP insulation, and assist with light construction and repairs. You will interact with customers, ensure satisfaction, and follow safety protocols while delivering exclusion services and wildlife removal.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and strong reading/writing skills. Be prepared to work in varied environments and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and product labels.

Responsibilities

• Pest control: inspect for pest activity and provide services for residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation: install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control insulation with quality service and site prep.
• Light construction and repair: assist with minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer interaction: explain services, ensure satisfaction, and advise on pest control measures.
• Service delivery: perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
