Job summary

Terminix International is hiring for an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction. The role includes customer interaction, exclusion services, and wildlife removal, with safety protocols and ongoing training.

You’ll work in various environments, require a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits begin day 1 for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; present information effectively.
• Basic math skills; follow product labels when mixing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and treat residential and commercial properties for pest activity and install/maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Explain services to customers and provide pest-control guidance.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, following safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and training to improve skills.
