Qualifications

• Associates degree in BIM/Engineering or higher; relevant certification preferred.
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent for Plumbing track; EIT/ASPE design certs preferred.
• 3+ years (4+ preferred) building design experience for mechanical or plumbing tracks.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems per codes and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to understand project needs and communicate technical information clearly.
• Support budgeting, planning, and scheduling; mentor junior staff; track progress and fees.
