Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS is seeking a Late-Stage LNP Process Development Scientist in Boston, MA. This full-time role supports the LNP manufacturing process development, characterization, and tech transfer collaboration across programs.

You will perform analytics (DLS, Ribogreen UV, pH, osmolality), document experiments in Benchling, and help improve process controls while meeting timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical/biomedical engineering, chemistry, or biological sciences with laboratory experience.
• Experience with LNP manufacturing, mixing and tangential flow filtration.
• Experience with DLS and osmolality for in-process monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support routine process development and characterization for LNP drug product manufacturing (10 mg to 1 g).
• Perform analytics including DLS, UV quantification, pH, and osmolality for in-process monitoring.
• Document experiments and write SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Maintain lab equipment and order reagents; support operational excellence.
• Communicate findings within the process development team and cross-functionally.
