Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an RNA-LNP Lab Manager / Group Leader to oversee an LNP and RNA process development and tech transfer team in Boston. You will supervise laboratory operations for multiple programs, ensuring GLP sample management and effective results communication.

The role emphasizes driving lab efficiency, inventory control, and coordination with analytical partners to advance drug substance development while maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/M.S./PhD with 2+ years pharma/biotech experience (PhD preferred).
• Prior laboratory supervisory or team lead experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with nucleic acid processing equipment (HPLC, CGE).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a process development team.
• Oversee LNP and RNA process development and tech transfer.
• Ensure GLP sample management across programs.
• Coordinate analytics testing and results communication.
• Maintain inventory and lab operations efficiency.
