Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or related field; OR an Associate’s degree with 36 credits in an ECE-related field.
• Experience: One year of experience with children birth to five; a Bachelor’s degree in an Education field can substitute for 1 year of experience.
• Special requirements: CPR and First Aid within six weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 12 weeks through school-age in a developmentally appropriate lab setting.
• Demonstrate best practices in early childhood education, classroom management, and professional interactions for practicum participants and visitors.
