Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston seeks an Innovation and Transformation Lawyer specializing in Private Investment Funds to drive change within the firm, bridging the innovation function and the practice, and shaping a roadmap for delivery.

You will lead adoption of AI and technologies, manage change, and partner with lawyers across functions to improve workflows while prioritizing security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

JD required with bar admission in good standing
Experience in legal innovation, operations, or technology
Experience leading adoption and change management

Responsibilities

Serve as central point of contact between innovation and the practice
Develop and maintain a practice-aligned innovation roadmap
Lead identification and shaping of practice demand
Redesign workflows and delivery models for legal service transformation
Execute pilots and rollouts with measurable outcomes
Lead adoption of AI and other technologies within the practice
Support client engagement on innovation topics
Own practice-level adoption and performance measurement
Collaborate with colleagues across firm functions
Ensure compliance with security, privacy and compliance standards
Provide line management to direct reports
Work flexibly to support firm priorities
