Job summary

Western Exterminator Company is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP insulation installation, delivering comprehensive pest prevention for homes and businesses.

You will inspect for pests, install and maintain termite systems, assist with light construction, and educate clients on pest-control best practices while following safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pest inspections and provide pest control services.
• Install and maintain TAP insulation systems.
• Assist with light construction and pest-damage repairs.
• Explain services and pest-prevention measures to customers.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Complete service forms and maintain job-site documentation.
