Western Exterminator Company seeks an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and related services. The role includes inspections, exclusion work, and light construction to protect homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• Available to work Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and ability to follow product label instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain TAP insulation systems.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate service details and recommendations to customers.
• Perform exclusion and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and training.
