Job summary

Western Exterminator is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control inspections, install TAP insulation, and assist with light construction related to pest damage. You will interact with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction, while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include exclusion work and wildlife removal, with ongoing training to stay current in industry practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform pest control inspections and services.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pest inspections and residential/commercial treatments and install termite systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with minor construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
