Job summary

Western Exterminator is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, and TAP insulation installation across our service areas. You will work on residential and commercial sites, using safe practices to protect people and property while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires stamina for physical work, ability to work in confined spaces, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect and treat for pest activity in residential and commercial properties.
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation with quality and safety in mind.
• Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: Explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide pest control guidance.
• Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
