Terminix is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management for commercial customers. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise clients on prevention while maintaining safety standards.

You will build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, assist with sales, and ensure equipment is properly maintained. This role involves outdoor work, driving a company vehicle, and adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and follow product labels and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in commercial settings and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points
• Apply approved pest control products to eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and maintenance of a pest-free environment
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales
• Ensure pest control equipment is properly maintained and stocked
• Adhere to regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols
• Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle
