Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform pest management services for commercial clients. You will identify and eliminate pests on commercial properties, conduct inspections, and communicate solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Provide advice on reducing risk of future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers and schedule/confirm appointments; assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations regarding products and safety protocols.
