Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to perform pest management services for commercial properties. You will conduct inspections, identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise clients on prevention while following safety regulations.

In this role you will educate customers, schedule visits, maintain equipment, and work both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products safely to eliminate pests.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and future risk reduction.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations on products and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle.
